01About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website operated by Dorje AI Pte Ltd. (“Dorje AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company based in Singapore. Please read them before using the website. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the site.

These are website terms. They do not replace a signed consulting agreement, order form, product licence, service agreement or data-processing agreement. Where you purchase or use a separately provided service, the applicable agreement governs that service and takes priority if it conflicts with these terms.

02Website information and demonstrations

Content on this website provides general information about our business, products and services. It is not legal, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice, and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation or commitment to deliver a particular feature.

Product screenshots, illustrations and demonstrations may show example data, a configured environment or functionality that depends on the deployment, integrations and agreed scope. Availability, compatibility, prices and delivery dates must be confirmed with us. We may update or remove website content as our services develop.

AI-generated material can be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs and supporting evidence before relying on them, and retain appropriate human approval for decisions or actions that affect your business.

03Permitted use

You may browse the site and use its public materials for personal reference or internal business evaluation, subject to these terms and any stated licence. You must use the site lawfully and respect the rights of others.

You must not misuse the site, including by submitting fraudulent or unlawful material, impersonating another person, sending spam, introducing malicious code, interfering with availability, bypassing security controls or attempting to access systems or information without authorisation. Automated access must respect published restrictions and must not impair the site or infringe another party’s rights.

04Enquiries, subscriptions and signup

When you submit an enquiry or register interest, provide accurate information and only information you are authorised to share. You remain responsible for the material you submit. Submission permits us to use it to handle your request as described in our Privacy policy; it does not transfer ownership of your material to us.

A public enquiry or signup does not by itself create a services contract, confirm an order or automatically provision a customer environment. Xero registration shares identity information to register your interest. Connecting accounting data is a separate step within the agreed onboarding process.

Do not include passwords, access keys or sensitive or confidential records in public forms. If an engagement requires such information, agree an appropriate secure channel with us first. Newsletter subscription is optional and can be cancelled through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

05Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original content, design and software, and the Dorje AI, Vajra and Mantra branding, belong to Dorje AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may save or print reasonable extracts for the permitted purposes above, keeping copyright and attribution notices intact. Other than uses permitted by law or an applicable licence, you need our prior written permission to reproduce, modify, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit these materials. No right to use our trademarks or imply our endorsement is granted.

Third-party names, logos and certification marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the relevant service, integration or credential and does not grant you a licence to use those marks.

06Third-party links and services

The site may link to external publications, identity providers, demonstrations and other services. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not make us responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Integration with a third-party platform may require your own account, appropriate permissions, licences and fees. Any proposed integration is subject to technical availability and the scope agreed with you.

07Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care with website content, but do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may maintain, change, suspend or restrict access to the website, including to address misuse or security concerns.

To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available without additional warranties concerning suitability for a particular purpose. Any service levels or warranties for paid services must be set out in the applicable service agreement.

08Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for deciding whether website information is suitable for your circumstances and for protecting your own devices and systems. Obtain appropriate advice and verify relevant details before making business decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this public website. This does not alter obligations or remedies under a separate service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent it is lawful and reasonable under applicable law.

09Personal data

Our Privacy policy describes how we handle personal data collected through the website and how to make a privacy request. Customer data processed under a product or consulting engagement is also subject to the terms and instructions agreed for that engagement.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms or the website, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

If an issue arises, please contact contact@dorje.ai so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to seek any remedy available under applicable law.

11Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend a signed customer agreement unless that agreement allows it. We will provide additional notice where required by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. Questions or requests for permission to use materials can be sent to Dorje AI Pte Ltd. at contact@dorje.ai.
