Headquartered in Singapore. Operating across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia.
Bernard founded Dorje AI after a decade across operator and investor roles in Southeast Asia’s technology sector. He led digital services at Singapore Post, has advised institutional investors on AI exposure, and hosts Analyse Asia, a long-running podcast on the region’s technology economy.
The practice is built around the thesis he has argued in writing for years — that the enterprise AI story is decided downstream of the model, in the unglamorous work of implementation.
Every engagement starts with the business question. Technology only enters the conversation once the problem is specified.
We will decline engagements where the value proposition does not survive scrutiny. A short honest conversation beats a long expensive misadventure.
We advise, we prioritise, and we deliver. The handoff between strategy and execution is where most AI programmes die — so we do not hand off.
We are based in Asia-Pacific and we build for it. Regulatory posture, data residency, language, and market structure are not an afterthought.
